己二酸(AA)又称己烷二羧酸、肥酸,是一种重要的脂肪族二元酸,可同己二胺等多官能团的化合物进行缩合反应。工业上,利用己二酸与己二胺的缩合反应生产尼龙66盐(简称AH盐),尼龙66盐进一步缩聚即可得到尼龙66树脂。还可作为增塑剂和高级润滑剂用于生产各种酯类产品。此外,己二酸还用作聚酯多元醇的原料,各种食品和饮料的酸化剂,其作用有时胜过柠檬酸和酒石酸。己二酸也是医药、酵母提纯、杀虫剂、黏合剂、合成革、合成燃料和香料的原料。随着尼龙66工业的发展,己二酸的需求量不断增加。
