本研究对新手型教师和经验教师两组大学英语教师在学生管理、教学课程、教学评价和学生学习等方面的信念进行了调查分析.调查结果表明:新手型和经验教师的教师信念具有重叠性和差异性。
This study investigates and analyzes the belief of novice teachers and experienced teachers in college English teachers in terms of student management, teaching curriculum, teaching evaluation and student learning.The findings show that teachers’ beliefs of novice and experienced teachers have overlapping beliefs And difference.
