梅州市地处广东省东北部山区,是世界上最有代表性的客家人聚居地,素有“世界客都”之誉。近年来,梅州市委、市政府提出“推动绿色崛起,实现科学发展”的战略构想,充分发挥生态、文化、平安等方面的优势,全力招商引资,大力调整产业结构,努力打造广东重要的绿色现代产业基地,实现山区经济社会又好又快发展。
Meizhou is located in the northeast of Guangdong Province in the mountains, is the world’s most representative Hakka enclave, known as “world of passengers ” reputation. In recent years, Meizhou municipal Party committee and municipal government put forward the strategic idea of “promoting the green rise and realizing scientific development”, give full play to advantages of ecology, culture and safety, fully attract investment, vigorously readjust the industrial structure and make great efforts to build an important Green modern industrial base, to achieve sound and rapid economic and social development in mountainous areas.
