哲学社会科学是人们认识世界、改造世界的重要工具,是推动历史发展和社会进步的重要力量。是否重视哲学社会科学的发展,是一个民族、一个政党成熟与否的重要标志。前不久,中央颁发了《关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》(以下简称《意见》),这是指导我国哲学社会科学发展的一个纲领性文献,深刻反映了我们党的远见卓识,是推动我国哲学社会科学事业繁荣发展的重大举措,具有十分重大的理论意义和现实意义。要认真学习、深入贯彻《意见》精神,关键是要首先解决一些认识上的问题。

Not long ago, the Central Government issued the Opinions on Further Prospering and Developing Philosophy and Social Science (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”), which is a programmatic document that guides the development of China’s philosophy and social science and profoundly reflects our party’s farsightedness and is a catalyst for China’s philosophy and social sciences prosperity and development of major initiatives, has a very significant theoretical and practical significance. To conscientiously study and thoroughly implement the spirit of “opinions,” the key is to first solve some problems in understanding.
