目前,我国正在强制推行煤矿、非煤矿山井下避险系统和避险设备的安装与建立。国务院23号文件要求,煤矿、非煤矿山要在3年之内建立安装监测监控、井下人员定位、紧急避险、压风自救、供水施救和通信联络等六大矿山井下避险系统。本期介绍有“矿难救星”称号的井下紧急避险系统。
At present, our country is forcing the installation and establishment of coal mine, non-coal mine underground safeguards system and hedging equipment. State Council Document No. 23 requires that coal mines and non-coal mines should establish underground mine risk avoidance systems in six major mines within 3 years of installation monitoring and control, location of underground personnel, emergency shelter, self-help by pressure wind, water supply rescue and communications. This issue describes the mine emergency rescue system with the title of “Mine Rescuer”.
