近年笔者遇治胃原发鳞癌1例,结合文献,分析如下。1病历摘要男,83岁。反复上腹部疼痛伴食欲下降消瘦4个月,黑便1 d入院。体检:一般情况差,贫血貌,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大。腹软,肝脾未触及,未扪及肿物。Hb 51 g/L。CEA 8.96 ng/ml。CT提示:胃窦部见软组织影,与周围组织分界不清。?
