为了获得合理的碳钢车削规范,作者对上述碳钢进行了绽向车削的实验研究。实验用机床为: 1)带15马力整流子电动机的精密车床;2)WD45型车床。刀具为:P05、P10、P10’、P15、P20、M10硬质合金车刀。刀具几何参数为:绽向前角0°,横向前角5°,绽向后角6°,横向后角6°,副偏角15°,主偏角75°,刀尖圆弧半径0.7毫米。被加工材料为ф145毫米×65毫米的上述牌号的碳钢棒。切
In order to obtain a reasonable carbon steel turning specification, the author conducted an experimental study of the above carbon steel in bloom turning.
