提起讲卫生,人们会立即联想到洗手、洗澡、刷牙、漱口等,而往往忽视了心理卫生。然而,人并不是单纯的生物体,除了生理需要外,还有复杂的心理需要。人生一世,矛盾重重,各种不良社会心理因素同生物因素一样,也能危害人体健康。如精神紧张时可发生胃痛,生气时不想吃饭等就是最常见的例子。国外的调查资料表明,65%的疾病与不良社会心理因素有关,其中30%的疾病纯系心理因素引起。所以,人不仅要从生理的角度讲究卫生,还需要讲究心理卫生,保持心理健康,才能健康长寿。
