最近几年国内很多高速公路都进行了扩建改造,而面层拼接是扩建工程中的重要组成部分。文章对扩建工程中新旧道路的面层拼接技术进行了研究,在沪宁高速公路铺筑了试验路,对拼接接缝处侧向采用不同冷热拼接方法和不同拼接材料,检测压实度和芯样劈裂强度,分析不同处理方法对拼接效果的影响,并结合室内劈裂、冻融劈裂、拉拔等试验对冷热拼接方法和拼接材料进行进一步对比分析。研究结果表明冷拼接效果更好,而乳化沥青适宜作为粘结材料在道路扩建拼接中使用。
In recent years, many domestic highways have been expanded and rebuilt, while the stitching is an important part of the expansion project. In this paper, we studied the surface splicing technology of the old and new roads in the extension project, paved the test roads on the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, used different hot and cold splicing methods and different splicing materials laterally to the spliced seams, Core splitting strength, analysis of the impact of different treatment methods on the splicing effect, combined with indoor splitting, freeze-thaw splitting, drawing and other tests of hot and cold splicing methods and splicing materials for further comparative analysis. The results show that the cold splicing is better, and the emulsified asphalt is suitable as a bonding material in road splicing.
