加强意识形态建设是弘扬中国精神、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措,作为意识形态建设中的浅层领域,社会心态优化问题关系到社会主义意识形态建设的精神基础,因而显得尤为重要。在意识形态建设中,社会心态优化方面主要存在着多范畴社会治理过程中政府简单性管理存在不足、多元化社会中政府单向度话语权垄断功能在消减、文化的庸俗商品化进程中政府强力引导支配力弱化等“瓶颈”障碍。必须坚持实践性、时代性、科学系统性等原则,并采取种种方法与途径,加强意识形态建设中社会心态优化。
