目的观察茶多酚对人肺高转移性腺样囊性癌细胞株(ACC-M)增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、神经细胞黏附因子(NCAM)表达的影响。方法免疫细胞化学SP法检测不同浓度茶多酚对ACC-M细胞中PCNA、NCAM表达的影响,以不含茶多酚的细胞作对照组。结果与对照组相比,ACC-M细胞呈浓度依赖性PCNA表达降低,NCAM表达增高(P<0.05)。结论茶多酚可通过抑制PCNA表达、促进NCAM表达而影响ACC-M细胞生长。
Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in human lung metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line (ACC-M). Methods Immunocytochemical SP method was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of tea polyphenols on the expression of PCNA and NCAM in ACC-M cells. The cells without tea polyphenols were used as the control group. Results Compared with the control group, ACC-M cells showed a decreased concentration of PCNA and a higher expression of NCAM (P <0.05). Conclusion Tea polyphenols can affect the growth of ACC-M cells by inhibiting the expression of PCNA and promoting the expression of NCAM.
