以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体材料,竹纤维(BF)为增强材料,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为增塑剂,壳聚糖(CS)为填充剂,采用注塑工艺制备了PLA/BF/CS复合材料。探讨了PLA/BF/CS复合材料的相容性、热性能、力学性能和吸水性,结果表明:少量CS有利于提高复合材料之间的界面相容性,当CS含量超过10%时,相容性变差;随CS含量的增加,PLA/BF/CS复合材料的热分解温度发生前移,热稳定性变差;少量的CS对PLA/BF/CS复合材料的拉伸强度略有增强而对韧性则有减弱作用;当CS含量超过10%时,拉伸强度显著变差而韧性却得到较好的改善;复合材料的吸水率则随着CS含量的增加呈现上升趋势。
Polylactic acid (PLA) as matrix material, bamboo fiber (BF) as reinforcing material, acetylbutyrate (ATBC) as plasticizer and chitosan (CS) as filler were prepared by injection molding. BF / CS composites. The compatibility, thermal properties, mechanical properties and water absorption of PLA / BF / CS composites were investigated. The results show that a small amount of CS is beneficial to improve the interfacial compatibility between composites. When the content of CS exceeds 10% The thermal decomposition of PLA / BF / CS composites progresses with the increase of CS content, and the thermal stability becomes worse. The tensile strength of PLA / BF / CS composites increases slightly with a small amount of CS While the tenacity is weakened. When the content of CS is over 10%, the tensile strength is significantly reduced and the toughness is improved. The water absorption of composites increases with the increase of CS content.
