全球金融危机给中国的出口贸易造成了严重的不利影响,而以美国为首的新贸易保护主义的盛行,使得中国劳动密集型产品的出口贸易额急剧下滑。中国的出口受阻,外需低迷,减缓了国内经济的增长。而以劳动密集型产品出口为主的外贸公司呈现不景气,许多中小外贸公司面临破产的压力。本文就金融危机冲击下国内劳动密集型外贸出口公司现状进行研究,通过构建模型来分析劳动密集型外贸公司的外需情况,对金融危机下劳动密集型出口公司的治理进行了分析,以此来思考当前经济形势下中国外贸出口公司如何走出金融危机所造成的困境和今后的出路之所在。
The global financial crisis has caused serious adverse effects on China’s export trade. The prevalence of new trade protectionism headed by the United States has led to a sharp decline in the export volume of China’s labor-intensive products. China’s exports have been blocked and external demand has slackened, which has slowed the growth of the domestic economy. The foreign trade companies that rely mainly on the export of labor-intensive products are showing a downturn, and many small and medium-sized foreign trade companies are facing bankruptcy pressure. This article studies the current situation of labor-intensive foreign trade export companies under the impact of the financial crisis, analyzes the external demand of labor-intensive foreign trade companies by building models, and analyzes the governance of labor-intensive export companies under the financial crisis. Under the current economic situation, how can China’s foreign trade export companies get out of the difficulties caused by the financial crisis and where they will find their way out in the future.
