以人为本的教育理念是时代发展的产物。具体而言就是把人放在第一位,以人为中心,顺应人的禀赋,提升人的能力,完整地让学生在各个方面全面发展。在英语教学中从学生实际出发(因材施教、因人而异),以个性为基础,遵循学生的个性特征,由学生主动参与、自主学习,教师适当指导、适时点拨。培养他们的创新精神和运用语言的综合能力,有利于学生的终身学习和持续发展,也有利于教师的自身发展和创新。
People-oriented education concept is the product of the development of the times. To put it in concrete terms, we should put people first, take people as the center, conform to human endowments, enhance people’s abilities, and fully enable students to develop in all aspects in an all-round way. In English teaching from the actual students (individualized, vary), based on individuality, follow the personality characteristics of students, the students take the initiative to participate in, self-study, teachers appropriate guidance, timely call. Cultivating their innovative spirit and using the comprehensive abilities of language will benefit students’ lifelong learning and sustainable development as well as their own development and innovation.
