徐州电厂Ⅰ、Ⅱ期工程安装了4台 SG—400/140—M410型锅炉,每台炉配备了中储式的制粉系统和两台 DZM380/550低速双锥筒式磨煤机。徐州混煤水份 W~P=8%。可磨性系数K=1.4,煤粉细度 R_(70)=18-23%,实际试验出力为44吨/时。制粉系统采用热风干燥、冷风调节、乏气送粉。投产初期适值雨季,由于原煤水份较高 W~P13-16%,磨煤机入口产生积煤和积粉后自燃,因而相继发生了九次制粉系统的煤粉爆炸(见附表)。
Four SG-400/140-M410 boilers were installed in phase I and phase II projects of Xuzhou Power Plant. Each furnace was equipped with medium-capacity milling system and two DZM380 / 550 low-speed double-cone barrel mills. Xuzhou mixed coal moisture W ~ P = 8%. Grindability coefficient K = 1.4, coal fineness R_ (70) = 18-23%, the actual test output of 44 tons / h. Milling system using hot air drying, cold air conditioning, gas supply powder. During the initial rainy season, due to the high W ~ P13-16% of raw water, pulverized coal explosions of nine pulverizing systems occurred in succession after coal accumulation and spontaneous combustion occurred at the inlet of the coal mill (see attached table).
