本实验采用萃取色层分离技术测定水及食品中天然钍,用聚三氟氯乙烯粉作支持剂,固定相为50%的N~(235)——二甲苯溶液(Ⅴ/Ⅴ)。食品灰样或天然水经预处理后,制成约2N的硝酸体系溶液,在盐析剂硝酸铝存在下,通过色层柱,钍被吸附而与杂质分离,然后用8N盐酸淋洗,收集第3~11毫升淋洗液,以偶氮胂Ⅲ比色测定。
