The world-famous Japanese entrepreneur Yukio Matsushita pointed out in his book Philosophy of Practice: “The organization and means of doing business are important, but it is still human to master and make it effective”. This “people-oriented” approach to human management requires firm establishment of human dignity in the management of the enterprise.
