Adrenal lymphoma is clinically rare, often a part of systemic lymphoma, the vast majority of pathological non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Adrenal lymphoma accompanied by other multiple organ involvement or superficial lymph nodes, often can confirm the diagnosis. However, some of the extent of lymphoma lesions and organ involvement is more limited, the lack of effective clinical examination to be diagnosed, often misdiagnosed treatment.
