为解决短流程钛渣提纯过程钛渣品位达不到要求的问题,在实验室条件下模拟熔分电炉熔化钛渣,向熔融态的钛渣中喷入煤粉以提高钛渣的品位,研究了喷煤量和喷煤反应时间对熔融钛渣品位的影响。结果表明,随着喷煤量的增加,钛渣二氧化钛品位提高;而随着喷煤时间增加,钛渣二氧化钛的品位先提高后降低。向温度1 600℃的50 kg熔融钛渣中喷入7 kg煤粉,持续喷吹20 min,再反应20 min后,钛渣二氧化钛品位从70%上升到了82%。这一结果将为短流程钛渣提纯提供一个新的途径。
In order to solve the problem that the titanium slag grade can not reach the requirement of short-flow titanium slag purification process, the molten slag is simulated under the laboratory conditions by melting the molten slag and the pulverized coal is injected into the molten titanium slag to improve the grade of titanium slag. Effect of coal injection volume and coal injection reaction time on the molten titanium slag grade. The results showed that with the increase of coal injection amount, the titanium slag titanium dioxide grade increased; with the increase of coal injection time, the titanium slag titanium dioxide grade first increased and then decreased. 7 kg of pulverized coal was sprayed into 50 kg of molten titanium slag at a temperature of 1 600 ° C for 20 min. After 20 min of reaction, the grade of titania slag increased from 70% to 82%. This result will provide a new way for purification of short-term titanium slag.
