散打运动员比赛能力与指导思想有着重要的关系,科学的指导思想可以促进运动员技能发挥,甚至直接影响比赛的结果。文章将对传统武术中“后发先至”的思想进行了剖析,探讨其思想形成的基础以及其遵循的技击原理,为提高散打运动员的竞赛能力提供指导,为散打教练员的科学训练提供参考。
