2009年5月12～14日欧洲第53届质量年会在克罗地亚的杜布罗夫尼克市召开(相关报道见前文)。在本次质量年会上,共有30个国家代表作了专题演讲。演讲涉及到管理创新、领导力、团队合作、国际贸易以及质量管理的新领域等诸多方面的内容。其中有许多新的观点,新的思路或新的理念,值得我们关注和学习。本期我们选译了几篇有代表性的演讲,试图能从不同的方面向读者介绍欧美国家尤其是一些发达国家质量管理的现状和某些发展趋势。本期选登的专题演讲均由中国质量协会国际部范青女士翻译。
May 12 ~ 14, 2009 The 53rd Annual European Quality Conference was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia (for related reports, see above). In this quality annual meeting, a total of 30 countries made a keynote speech. The presentation involved many aspects of managing innovation, leadership, teamwork, international trade and new areas of quality management. There are many new ideas, new ideas or new ideas that deserve our attention and study. In this issue, we selected and translated several representative speeches and tried to introduce readers from different aspects to present the status quo and some development trends of quality management in Europe and the United States, especially in some developed countries. The featured essays in this issue were translated by Ms. Fan Qing, International Department of China Quality Association.
