本文根据核电站关键设备驱动机构、燃料组件抗震研究的实践经验 ,讨论了由国家核安全局发布的核安全法规文件《核设备抗震鉴定试验指南HAF J0 0 5 3》在抗震试验中的实践效果 .讨论了动力特性探查试验和抗震鉴定试验 (包括OBE、SSE试验 )对反应谱、功率谱的要求以及抗震试验中对振动台各向输入独立性的要求问题 .讨论结果表明指南中的规定是适宜的 ,目前国内试验条件可以满足要求 .
Based on the practical experience of the research on key equipment drive mechanism and fuel assembly aseismic of nuclear power station, this paper discusses the practical effect of seismic safety test of HAF J0 0531, a nuclear safety regulatory document issued by NNSA. The requirements for reaction spectrum and power spectrum of dynamic characteristics test and seismic evaluation test (including OBE and SSE test) and the requirements for the input independence of shale units in seismic tests are discussed. The discussion shows that the guidelines are suitable The current domestic test conditions to meet the requirements.
