目的了解上海市小学卫生教师队伍现状以及健康知识、态度、行为,为儿童肥胖学校群体干预策略的制定提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法,抽取上海中心城区、覆盖城乡结合部及郊区各1个行政区的所有公立小学共165名卫生教师作为研究对象,对学历、专业背景、营养知识、态度行为、对儿童肥胖防治工作的态度和行为进行问卷调查。结果小学卫生教师平均年龄为42.0岁,其中女性占95.55%,大专、本科及以上学历的占77.0%,专业背景为卫生保健的占33.3%。卫生教师营养知识的及格率为97.0%,显著高于普通教师91.1%(χ2=6.128,P<0.05)。与普通教师相比,卫生教师的营养和健康态度及行为更为积极(P<0.05)。86.1%的卫生教师表示愿意尝试为小学生提供营养健康指导。结论上海市卫生教师队伍整体水平较好,在儿童肥胖的学校干预方面态度积极,可以在未来儿童肥胖的学校群体干预项目中扮演重要角色。
Objective To understand the current status of primary health care teachers in Shanghai and the knowledge, attitude and behavior of health, and to provide the basis for the formulation of intervention strategies for children with obesity in schools. Methods The cluster stratified sampling method was used to collect 165 health teachers from all public primary schools in downtown Shanghai, covering the urban and rural areas and one administrative district in the suburbs as study subjects. The academic background, nutrition background, nutritional attitude, attitude and behavior Children’s obesity prevention and control attitude and conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The average age of primary health teachers was 42.0 years old, of which 95.55% were women, 77.0% with college degree or above, and 33.3% with professional background as health care. The pass rate of health teachers’ nutrition knowledge was 97.0%, which was significantly higher than that of general teachers 91.1% (χ2 = 6.128, P <0.05). Compared with ordinary teachers, health teachers’ nutrition and health attitude and behaviors were more positive (P <0.05). 86.1% of health teachers said they are willing to try their best to provide nutrition and health guidance to primary school students. Conclusion The overall level of the health teacher team in Shanghai is good. The school has a positive attitude towards school intervention in childhood obesity and can play an important role in the future school-based intervention program for childhood obesity.
