本文从论述“严打”的法理依据和现实必要性入手 ,在分析问题产生原因的基础上 ,对全面理解“严打”内涵、正确贯彻“严打”方针提出了具体意见。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems, this paper starts with the discussion of the legal basis and realistic necessity of “strike hard” and gives concrete suggestions on the full understanding of the meaning of “crackdown” and proper implementation of the “crackdown” policy.
