目的:研究黄芪保心合剂对大鼠冠脉结扎所致慢性心衰的影响。方法:采用大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成心衰模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、卡托普利(6.75 mg/kg)组及黄芪保心合剂(22.68、11.34、5.67 g/kg)组,灌胃给药4周,每日一次。给药结束后进行心脏超声心动图和组织生化指标检测及组织病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,卡托普利6.75 mg/kg组和黄芪保心合剂22.68g/kg、11.34g/kg组心功能损伤的程度和血清中大鼠N端前脑钠素、基质裂解素2明显降低,SOD活性显著提高,由99.7 U/mgprot升高到115.9 U/mg·prot,MDA、LDH含量均降低,组织病变程度显著减轻。结论:黄芪保心合剂可能是通过抗氧化应激的途径,来减轻心衰大鼠的心肌病理损伤,进而改善心功能,最终达到对心衰的保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Astragalus heartburn mixture on chronic heart failure caused by coronary artery ligation in rats. Methods: The model of heart failure was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats. The rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, model group, captopril (6.75 mg / kg) , 11.34,5.67 g / kg) group, gavage for 4 weeks, once daily. Echocardiography and biochemical markers and histopathological examination of cardiac echocardiography were performed after administration. Results: Compared with the model group, the degree of cardiac dysfunction in the captopril 6.75 mg / kg group and the Astragalus heart preservation mixture 22.68g / kg, 11.34g / kg group were significantly correlated with the levels of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide, The content of SOD and the activity of SOD in the two groups significantly decreased from 99.7 U / mgprot to 115.9 U / mg · prot, MDA and LDH decreased significantly. Conclusion: Astragalus Baosheng Mixture may reduce the myocardial pathological damage of heart failure rats by means of anti-oxidative stress, and then improve the cardiac function and finally achieve the protection of heart failure.
