为进一步规范和统一各地12320卫生热线的运行和管理,指导各地12320卫生热线建设,提高全国12320卫生热线整体服务水平和服务质量,2014年6月17日,全国12320管理中心在河南省郑州市举办了12320卫生热线管理规范研讨会。来自10个省、直辖市的卫生计生委12320主管处室负责人、12320卫生热线负责人30余人参加了会议。
