青年民生问题不仅仅体现在简单的生存范畴,更体现在青年的人生发展层面,而且进一步关系着社会的进步与发展。所以我们在关注青年民生问题时,把研究的重心落实在青年民生问题对青年人生发展的影响上。由于现代社会中青年与社会的互动交织的趋势愈发明显,青年的发展日益成为社会发展的动力和前驱。我们要对青年的民生现状、民生诉求有较为准确的认知与把握,认识到青年民生问题的解决不仅有利于青年的发展,而且有助于化解社会矛盾、消除社会隐患,对推动发展方式转型,加快实现现代化的建设目标,以及全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会均具有重要的战略意义。
