21世纪对人才的需求日益增加,所以各国都加大了对人才的培养力度。由于我国正处在社会主义发展的初期阶段,教育体制的建设发展还不完善,所以对人才的培养上还存在很多不足和问题。所以在这种趋势背景下,我国需要对教育进行改革,以此来实现对未来高素质人才的培养。大学教育是我国培养人才的重要途径,所以要对传统的大学教育模式进行改革,以适应新形势下国家和社会对人才的要求。而大学体育学科是大学教育中一个新兴的学科分支,对大学其他学科的教学具有重要的作用。所以在现代化大学制度背景下,对大学体育学科教学要进行深入的研究和探索,推动我国高校的体育学科的发展。
