应力集中往往是引起模具破坏的主要原因,以往都根据经验处理这类问题,无法进行定量分析。随着电子计算机技术的发展,研究这类问题有了有效的数值计算方法——有限元法。本文用有限元法计算了沿锻模内壁轮廓线的应力分布规律以及各种因素(圆角半径的大小、毛坯高度、凹模深度)对应力集中的影响。为模具设计提供了理论依据。文中提供的有限元计算公式和用FORTRAN语言编制的一套计算机源程序,可进行同类模具的计算工作;同时,可算出组合凹模的最佳过盈量,以及不同过盈量时沿模具内壁尺寸的变化。
