针对莱钢异型坯连铸机实现全保护浇注的要求,开发了一种超扁平形状的浸入式水口。该水口工作端采用了双侧孔结构,并结合不同浇注断面和拉速进行了导流方式优化,主要依据来自于结晶器内钢水流动、自由液面波动以及传热凝固等综合冶金行为的数值预报结果。热态生产试验指出,采用单支扁平形状浸入式水口实现异型坯连铸全保护浇注是可行的,所设计浸入式水口具有显著稳定结晶器熔池液面和促进保护渣熔化的作用,使用寿命初步达到要求,铸坯内外质量得到明显改善。
According to the requirement of full protection pouring of Laiwu Steel’s special-shaped billet caster, a super-flat immersion nozzle was developed.
