为了较好地解决颅内血肿引流时的引流、抽吸、冲洗及注药一体化的问题,我们研制了双腔三通引流管,用于治疗高血压脑出血248例,效果满意,现介绍如下。1资料1.1一般资料:以此装置治疗高血压脑出血248例,男147例,女101例,年龄28—82岁,平均59.5岁。壳核出血109例,丘脑出血52例,脑叶出血42例,桥脑出血6例,小脑出血10例,脑室出血29例。1.2三通管的制作:选择硅胶为原料,制作成内径为3.5mm,外径4.6mm的“Y”字型三通引流管(甲管),见图1,全长18 cm。在
