随着新课程改革的推进,对校园教育提出了更高的要求,制订了更高的教学目标,同时,对教育教学实践者——教师,也提出了更高的要求.在高中数学课堂中,数学教师不仅要将基本知识点传授给学生,还要将学习能力授予学生,并能够与学生亦师亦友,在高中紧张的学习氛围中帮助学生排解内心的压抑.这些对于高中数学教师来说,不仅需要打破以往教学模式,还需要探究如何运用较为新鲜的教学模式,教授学生知识与学习能力,加强对学生思维的训练,能够与学生成为朋友.本文从当前高中数学课堂教育现状入手,对如何提升数学教师教学能力进行探讨.
