目的:探讨在急性有机磷农药中毒护理救治中的护理措施。方法:观察、分析本院自1998年1月至2014年12月共收治急性有机磷农药中毒43例,探讨在各个护理环节中的护理要点,通过加强各个护理环节的处理,观察对有机磷农药中毒患者愈后的影响。结果:39例经过积极的抢救与精心护理,康复出院,未发生后遗症。转上级医院2例,病情危重死亡2例。结论:通过加强各个护理环节的处理,严格观察病情,可以提高救治成率。
Objective: To explore the nursing measures in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning care. Methods: To observe and analyze 43 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 1998 to December 2014. To explore the nursing points in various nursing sessions, and to strengthen the management of various aspects of the treatment of organophosphorus pesticides The effect of poisoning patients after healing. Results: After the active rescue and meticulous care, 39 cases were discharged from hospital without sequelae. 2 cases were transferred to higher level hospitals, and 2 cases were critically ill. Conclusion: By strengthening the treatment of all aspects of care, strict observation of the disease, can improve the rate of treatment.
