针对电厂灰中氧化钙含量丰富的神府东胜煤进行了水力输灰系统的静态溶出特性研究,探求了水力输灰系统的结垢机理以及灰水的静态溶出特性。试验结果表明,灰中碱性氧化物含量对其相应离子的溶出有决定性影响,进而对灰水的结垢现象产生决定性影响;不同水灰比下的静态溶出特性曲线基本相似,在一定时间内随着停留时间增长,pH值、电导率、Mg2+及Ca2+含量逐步上升,最终达到一平衡值。
Aiming at the Dongfu coal with rich calcium oxide content in power plant ash, the static leaching characteristics of hydraulic ash conveying system were studied, and the scaling mechanism of hydraulic ash conveying system and the static leaching characteristics of gray water were explored. The results show that the content of alkaline oxides in ash has a decisive influence on the dissolution of corresponding ions, which has a decisive influence on the fouling of gray water. The static leaching characteristic curves at different water-cement ratios are basically similar. Within a certain period of time With the increase of residence time, the pH value, conductivity, Mg2 + and Ca2 + contents gradually increased, finally reached an equilibrium value.
