目的探讨SOX13抗体(SOX13-Ab)在谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab)阴性的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的分布规律及其与胰岛β细胞功能的关系。方法对301例GAD-Ab检测阴性的T2DM患者及120例正常对照者,采用放射配体法检测血清SOX13-Ab指数,比较SOX13-Ab在不同病程、不同发病年龄、不同体重指数(BMI)以及不同空腹C肽(FCP)组的阳性率,分析SOX13-Ab阳性与阴性患者的临床特征。结果T2DM组SOX13-Ab阳性率显著高于正常对照组(6.0%vs.0.8%)(P<0.05);T2DM组中SOX13-Ab分布峰值处于发病年龄61~70岁;SOX13-Ab阳性患者病程显著低于阴性患者,而糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)显著高于阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论SOX13-Ab不能作为诊断成人隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病(LADA)的独立指标。
Objective To investigate the distribution of SOX13 antibody (SOX13-Ab) in glutamate decarboxylase antibody (GAD-Ab) negative type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and its relationship with pancreatic β-cell function. Methods Serum SOX13-Ab index was detected by radioligand method in 301 cases of T2DM patients with negative GAD-Ab test and 120 normal controls. The changes of SOX13-Ab in different course, different age of onset, body mass index (BMI) and The positive rates of different fasting C-peptide (FCP) groups were analyzed in patients with positive and negative SOX13-Ab clinical features. Results The positive rate of SOX13-Ab in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (6.0% vs.0.8%) (P <0.05). The peak value of SOX13-Ab distribution in T2DM group was between 61 and 70 years old. The duration of SOX13-Ab positive patients Significantly lower than negative patients, while HbA1c was significantly higher than negative patients (P <0.05). Conclusion SOX13-Ab can not be used as an independent marker in the diagnosis of latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA).
