用户需求的多元化和专深化发展趋势使现有单一、分立的信息咨询服务难以适应,而跨系统协同信息咨询能较好的解决此问题。笔者在现有协作式虚拟参考咨询服务的基础上提炼出跨系统协同信息咨询服务模型并从资源协同、调度协同两个角度阐述其功能实现,最后以在线医药信息咨询为例进行了服务的跨系统协同组织和个性化咨询服务拓展。
Diversification of users’ needs and deepening development trends make the existing single and discrete information consultation services difficult to adapt, and cross-system collaborative information consultation can better solve this problem. Based on the existing collaborative virtual reference services, the author extracts the cross-system collaborative information consulting service model and expounds the function realization from the perspective of resource coordination and scheduling coordination. Finally, taking the online medical information consultation as an example, System collaborative organizations and personalized consulting services to expand.
