历史的经验告诉我们:“图治必先治吏,而治吏尤在劝惩”。这就是说,国家若要长治久安,就必须学会如何培养和管理好一支清政廉明的官吏队伍。唐朝作为我国封建时代的一个鼎盛时期,政通人和,经济繁荣,这与其严密的官吏立法是分不开的,本文即从唐朝官吏选拔开始到官吏管理的立法执法着手对其进行一一探寻,以获得对当今吏治的启发。
