针对文献中示出的轮胎存在侧径耦合振型的现象,考虑该现象可能对三维模型产生的影响。首先通过模态试验得到了某一子午线轮胎在侧向激励下的径向振型参数,并以相应的径向激振试验进行了验证。然后将得到的结果纳入到模态参数静态侧倾模型中,比较了纳入与否对模拟结果的影响。结果表明:对于一般轿车用子午线轮胎,轮胎侧径耦合振型对轮胎侧倾特性几乎没有影响,在建立三维轮胎模型时无需纳入。
In view of the phenomenon of the existence of side-path coupling modes in the tire shown in the literature, the effect that this phenomenon may have on the three-dimensional model is considered. Radial vibration mode parameters of a radial tire under lateral excitation are obtained by modal tests and verified by corresponding radial vibration test. The results obtained are then incorporated into the static roll model of modal parameters and the effects of inclusion or not on the simulation results are compared. The results show that, for a radial tire for passenger car generally, the side-track coupling mode of the tire has little influence on the tire roll characteristics and need not be included in the establishment of the three-dimensional tire model.
