拓展语文阅读的深度与广度才能拓宽学生的知识视野。语文阅读的深度与广度主要从以下六个方面进行拓展:一是以节选的文章为基点,向整篇(部)著作拓展;二是以某篇名作为核心进一步向这个作家的其他作品拓展;三是以某篇作品为核心,向同类题材的作品拓展;四是以某一作品为基点,向同一文件的其他篇章拓展;五是以某作家作品为核心,向介绍这位作家的传记或讲述性文字拓展;六是以作品的删节稿或修改稿为核心,向原稿拓展。
