用超声心动图来计量单独存在完全性右束枝传导阻滞病人的右心室活动时限,研究是否可提出预后性资料。所有完右病人的超声心动图均有肺动脉瓣开放(PVO)延迟;一组由于电-机械间期(electro-mechanical inferval)延长,显示三尖瓣关闭(TVC)延迟,根据本实验室以往试验,提示此点代表近端阻滞;另一组病人PVO延迟是由于右室等容收缩时间延长,使TVC—PVO时间
Echocardiography was used to measure the duration of right ventricular activity in patients with complete right bundle branch block alone to study whether prognostic data could be presented. Echocardiography of all right-sided patients had delayed pulmonary valve opening (PVO); one group showed delayed tricuspid valve closure (TVC) due to prolongation of electro-mechanical inferval.
