为证实抗白血病生物活性物质抑制白血病细胞的生物效应,我们对正常615小鼠和L615小鼠及用活性物质处理过的615小鼠—“命名为8011小鼠”的骨髓细胞染色体进行了C带分析.结果表明L615小鼠的染色体中存在有大量的Bj染色体,占总数的47.6%,同时Bj染色体的出现频率随着接种癌细胞后时间的延长而升高.而在8011小鼠的染色体中Bj染色体则基本消失,只占观察总数的0.8%,两者间有非常显著性差异.
To confirm that the anti-leukemic bioactive substance inhibits the biological effects of leukemia cells, we performed C banding of myeloid chromosomes from normal 615 and L615 mice and 615 treated animals treated with active substance - “named 8011 mice” The results showed that a large number of Bj chromosomes were present in the chromosome of L615 mice, accounting for 47.6% of the total, while the frequency of Bj chromosomes increased with the extension of time after inoculation of cancer cells.
