患者男性,36岁,教师,原患风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄。近因高热三天住我院内科。查体:心尖搏动于左锁中线内0.5厘米,心尖区触及舒张期震颤,偶发期前收缩,心率84次/分,心尖区第一心音亢进,呈清脆拍击样;可听及开瓣音及Ⅲ～Ⅳ级滚筒样递增型舒张期杂音。发作过程:住院过程中(体温已正常数日),突然一天早晨空腹感胸闷、气短、心慌、周身无力,心率40次/分,心律不规则。急查心
Male patient, 36 years old, teacher, former rheumatic heart disease mitral stenosis. Nearly three days because of fever in our hospital. Physical examination: apex beat in the left lock midline 0.5 cm, diastolic diastolic tremor hit the apical area, occasional premature contraction, heart rate 84 beats / min, the first heart acupuncture hyperactivity, crisp slap-like; audible and open flap Tone and Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ roller-like incremental diastolic murmur.
