1999年,省委讲师团《关于在全省讲师团系统广泛开展理论下基层活动的意见》发出后,我们临沂市委讲师团极为重视,及时向市委宣传部领导作了专题汇报,部领导先后三次召开办公会议,研究部署理论下基层工作。确定了开展理论下基层活动的初步思路:围绕基层理论教育工作进行调查研究,根据基层干部的实际需要选题备课,通过宣讲收集反映,根据反馈意见加以充实完善。从点上取得经验,到面上加以推广。一年来,我们根据这一工作思路,做了大量的工作,初步摸索了一条理论下基层行之有效的路子。
