造价管理是工程管理中的重要内容之一,合理有效的工程造价管理对于提高建筑企业的经济效益有着重要意义。然而在实际运行中普遍存在注重施工过程而忽视前期准备中的可行性探讨以及设计中必要的造价控制,影响了工程造价的准确性和真实性,导致前期的造价偏差对后期建设实施造成严重影响。基于此,本文阐述了加强工程造价管理的意义,对工程造价管理存在的问题与对策进行了探讨。
Cost management is one of the important contents in project management. Reasonable and effective project cost management is of great significance to improving the economic benefits of construction enterprises. However, there is a common problem in the actual operation, which focuses on the construction process and ignores the feasibility of the preliminary preparation as well as the necessary cost control in the design, which affects the accuracy and authenticity of the construction cost. As a result, the pre-construction cost deviation has a serious impact on the later construction and implementation . Based on this, this paper elaborates the significance of strengthening project cost management and discusses the problems and countermeasures of project cost management.
