目的 :建立HPLC法测定清热除湿合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :用SupelcosilLC 18 DB ( 4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 水 磷酸溶液 ( 4 8∶5 2∶0 .2 ) ,流速 1.0ml·min-1,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .2 37~ 9.4 72 μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好 ,回归方程为A =1.332× 10 4+ 1.4 5 6× 10 5C(r =0 .9999,n =7) ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .4 8% ,RSD为 1.0 6 %。结论 :本法测定简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性和分离度好 ,可用于清热除湿合剂的质量控制
Objective : To establish HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Qingre Qingshi Mixture. METHODS: A column of Supelcosil LC 18 DB (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol aqueous phosphoric acid (4 8∶5 2∶0.2), flow rate 1.0ml·min-1, detection wavelength 2 80nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between baicalin and peak area was good in the range of 0.237-9.472 μg. The regression equation was A = 1.332 × 10 4 + 1.4 5 6 × 10 5C (r = 0.999, n = 7). The average recovery was 100.48%, and the RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and good in resolution. It can be used for quality control of heat-removing and desiccant mixture.
