综述了海岸带经济管理领域的研究文献,比较了不同学科对海岸带的定义以及不同学者的观点。根据学术研究目的和管理目标,海岸带可从生物自然视角和管理视角加以定义。将我国海岸带面临的各种生态环境压力归纳为人口增长、海岸带资源开发、海岸带灾害与自然变异、生物物种入侵等,并讨论了这些压力的特点。归纳了现阶段我国海岸带经济管理领域的主要研究内容、方向和研究进展。现阶段的主要研究方向有:海岸带可持续发展指标体系和定量评价模型;海岸带海陆一体化发展战略与海岸带规划;海洋产业结构与产业竞争力;海岸带生态价值与自然灾害经济核算;海洋文化产业。
This paper summarizes the research literature in the economic management of the coastal zone and compares the definitions of the coastal zones by different disciplines and the opinions of different scholars. According to the purpose of academic research and management objectives, the coastal zone can be defined from the biological perspective of nature and management. The various pressures on the coastal environment in China are summed up as population growth, exploitation of coastal resources, coastal zone disasters and natural variation, invasion of biological species, and the characteristics of these pressures. Summarized the main research content, direction and research progress of the coastal economic management in our country at this stage. The main research directions at this stage are: the index system and quantitative evaluation model of coastal zone sustainable development; the integrated development strategy of sea and land coast and coastal zone planning; the industrial structure and competitiveness of marine industry; the economic accounting of ecological value of coastal zone and natural disasters; Marine culture industry.
