杨振基先生是杨式太极拳始祖杨露禅曾孙,一代宗师杨澄甫次子,为杨家太极拳第四代传人。宗师5岁从父学拳,后又跟随其兄守中(振铭)一起练拳传拳。新中国成立后,他回到老家河北邯郸。上世纪五十年代末,应邀并调入河北省体工大队,任太极拳专职教练,开始了他的教拳生涯。杨振基先生幼承庭训,矢志太极,在家学渊源的熏陶下习练拳术技艺,扎根传统,较为完整地继承了杨氏家传太极拳之精要。在教拳中,
