为了增强自身的竞争优势,企业越来越注重组织内部的知识管理,并积极采取各种激励措施推动员工之间知识与信息的传播,然而很多员工还是不情愿与同事或者管理者分享自己的知识。员工的知识隐藏已经成为阻碍企业发展的一个重要因素。基于知识主体的个人理性以及组织知识的公共物品特性,以社会困境理论为基础框架,运用囚徒困境和公共物品困境理论对知识隐藏行为的产生原因进行分析,进而针对问题提出相关对策。
In order to enhance their competitive advantage, enterprises pay more and more attention to knowledge management within the organization, and actively take various incentives to promote knowledge and information dissemination among employees. However, many employees are still reluctant to share their knowledge with colleagues or managers . Employee knowledge hiding has become an impediment to business development, an important factor. Based on the personal rationality of knowledge subject and the public goods characteristics of organizational knowledge, this paper uses the theory of social predicament as the basic framework, analyzes the causal factors of knowledge hidden behavior by using the prisoner’s dilemma and the public goods dilemma theory, and then proposes relevant countermeasures against the problems.
