随着市场竞争日趋激烈,新技术和新社会养老政策的大力传播以及人们对养老金制度重视的不断提高,要求企业养老金利润增值达到最优化化。本文基于建立最优化模型解决企业养老金利润增值的理想方式。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the strong dissemination of new technologies and new social pension policies and the continuous improvement of the people’s attention to the pension system, it is required that the added value of the enterprise’s pension profits should be optimized. This article is based on the establishment of optimization model to solve the ideal way of increasing the profit of the enterprise pension.
