目的了解海口市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生监督管理提供依据。方法 2010~2011年选取海口市28家公共场所集中空调通风系统单位,分别对风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数和真菌总数进行监测和评价。结果细菌总数合格率为90.7%(127/140),真菌总数合格率为57.1%(80/140),风管内表面积尘量合格率为50.0%(70/140)。结论建议规范空调的清洗消毒,将空调通风系统清洗消毒工作纳入《公共场所卫生管理条例》,提高公共场所卫生质量,减少疾病传播。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Haikou and provide the basis for health supervision and management. Methods From 2010 to 2011, 28 centralized ventilation and air conditioning units in public places in Haikou City were selected to monitor and evaluate the amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct, the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi. Results The total bacterial pass rate was 90.7% (127/140), the total pass rate of fungi was 57.1% (80/140), and the passing rate of dust on the inner surface of duct was 50.0% (70/140). Conclusions It is suggested to regulate the cleaning and disinfection of air conditioners, to incorporate the cleaning and disinfection of air conditioning and ventilation systems into the “Regulations on Health Management in Public Places”, to improve the hygiene quality in public places and to reduce the spread of diseases.
